We ship to Sweden, Europe, and most international destinations. If you don't see a shipping option for your country at checkout, please email us at hello@bellevueatelier.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and Swedish public holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping information

All orders are generally shipped directly from us in Sweden.

Estimated delivery time (after dispatch)

• Sweden: 2–3 business days
• Europe: 3–5 business days
• Rest of the world: delivery time varies by destination

Carriers

We mainly ship with trusted carriers such as PostNord, DHL or UPS. Orders are usually delivered to the nearest pickup point unless otherwise specified.

Customs & duties

Please note that all prices at checkout are exclusive of import duties and customs fees.

The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees upon delivery.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us.

In such cases, the cost of return shipping and any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
