Bellevue Atelier offers curated home objects and handcrafted products created in collaboration with selected European makers and manufacturers.

As many of our products are handmade or produced using natural materials, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and proportions may occur. These characteristics are considered part of the product's unique nature and are not regarded as defects.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in the applicable currency and may include or exclude VAT depending on your delivery destination.

Shipping costs, taxes, duties, and any additional charges will be clearly presented at checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Payment is securely processed through approved third-party payment providers.

5. Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Bellevue Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Please note that made to order, bespoke, custom, or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, imagery, text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts, and visual concepts, is the intellectual property of Bellevue Atelier and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.
